Private Event Deposit

Description

We require all attendees to register and provide complete project detail information needed for each specific item created at least 72 hours in advance so that we may prepare the materials and customization needed for the event. If a participant does not choose a project in at least 72 hours in advance, they may choose from something at our shop, when available. Customization may not be available at the time of the workshop. We require a minimum number of participants for each private party. A deposit is due when the date is confirmed. Once the minimum number of participants is met, we will refund your initial deposit. If you are unable to meet the minimum number of participants, the deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel the event the deposit will not be refunded. We have a high demand for our space and we essentially close the doors to any other customers to utilize the space for your private event. We reserve the right to cancel a private event due to low attendance, inclement weather conditions or emergency reasons that are out of our control.

Your date is not secured until we have confirmed receipt of the deposit and are able to book your workshop. The sooner we receive your deposit and confirm your event details, the sooner we can secure your requested date.  Please contact us at 412-977-9275 if you have any questions or concerns.
