If a participant does not choose a project in at least 72 hours in advance, they may choose from something at our shop, when available. Customization may not be available at the time of the workshop. We require a minimum number of participants for each private party. A deposit is due when the date is confirmed. Once the minimum number of participants is met, we will refund your initial deposit. If you are unable to meet the minimum number of participants, the deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel the event the deposit will not be refunded. We have a high demand for our space and we essentially close the doors to any other customers to utilize the space for your private event. We reserve the right to cancel a private event due to low attendance, inclement weather conditions or emergency reasons that are out of our control.
