QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on artistic experience preferred
- Some teaching and/or lead trainer role
- Technical skills such as carpentry, painting, drawing, graphic design, computer skills, and/or AV experience are highly desired
- Ability to receive, understand, and follow instructions and directions given
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak proper English
- Willing to work with a flexible schedule that may include long hours and irregular times, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Have an outgoing, upbeat, and positive attitude. Patience is a must!
- Eager to learn and have the willingness to be trained in existing systems or policies
- Maturity and understanding of the event process and the ability to work closely with clients, including artists and designers, in a fun and professional manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain and establish positive client relationships
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is encouraged. Reliable transportation to both Robinson storefront locations and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work for each shift
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly, ideas, and explanations on how to complete a project
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and to work as a team member
