QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on artistic experience preferred
  • Some teaching and/or lead trainer role
  • Technical skills such as carpentry, painting, drawing, graphic design, computer skills, and/or AV experience are highly desired
  • Ability to receive, understand, and follow instructions and directions given
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak proper English
  • Willing to work with a flexible schedule that may include long hours and irregular times, including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Have an outgoing, upbeat, and positive attitude. Patience is a must!
  • Eager to learn and have the willingness to be trained in existing systems or policies
  • Maturity and understanding of the event process and the ability to work closely with clients, including artists and designers, in a fun and professional manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain and establish positive client relationships
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is encouraged. Reliable transportation to both Robinson storefront locations and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work for each shift
  • Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
  • Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly, ideas, and explanations on how to complete a project
  • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and to work as a team member
